The place was fairly clean with an always courteous staff. The room was large here with balcony, good air and a large closet. The location was magnificent - not far from the Las Vegas Convention Center, the valley and the monorail...

The details you care about most
The kitchen area and helpful staff added to the experience. Quick access to the monorail was a bonus, balancing the lively Strip with peaceful downtime. Breakfast was a highlight, with efficiently made omelets that kept us fueled for our adventures.

Staff at check in. Charged my card multiple times finally had to call the bank to reverse and still didn't come off till I returned home.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was great. The price was very reasonable. The breakfast was excellent. And the staff was very courteous and helpful.
The bathroom was not as nice as the room. The faucet was cracked and corroded, the shower/bathtub looked like it was from a sketchy motel, and the marble counter had these strange stains. I would rank the room a 4 star and the bathroom a 2 star.

The Embassy Suites provided a clean and spacious King Suite that was well-equipped for my business needs. The location is ideal, being close to the convention center and a quick walk to the strip. I appreciated the evening reception and the friendly service from staff, particularly during check-in.

The staff was friendly and room was good size and clean.
The breakfast should open at 6:30 not 7:00 on weekends. The hotel literature indicated it opened at 6:30, however, it did not open until 7:00 and by this time at least 20 to 25 people were lined up waiting to eat.

the free drinks that's about it, It didn't use to be like that.
Well one morning no hot water, one night room was not turned, short on towels. Not accustomed to any issues at Embassy at all real let down but I will say Bruce the night mgr did what he could and I applaud him for his efforts

THE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR POOL, THE ROOMS ARE HUGE AND SUPER COMFORTABLE, THE BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD, THE CLEANING IS GREAT
-THE LOCATION BECAUSE ALTHOUGH WE ARRIVED IN OUR CAR WE DECIDED TO SEE THE CITY BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND IT WAS A TORTURE, WE HAD TO WALK A LOT (IF YOU GO WITH LITTLE ONES AND IT'S HOT) UNTIL WE REACHED THE MONORAIL THAT DOES NOT COVER ALL THE STRIP, IN THE END WE ALSO BOUGHT A BUS TICKET TO COMBINE THE TWO MEANS. WE LIKED THE HOTEL QUITE A LOT BUT I THOUGHT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSER TO THE STRIP AREA. -ACCESS CARD TO THE ROOM! THE THREE CARDS THEY GAVE ME AT THE ENTRANCE WERE DEACTIVATED, THE LAST ONE WHEN I WENT DOWN TO HAVE BREAKFAST, SO WHEN I WENT UP TO MY ROOM WITH ONLY THE CARD IN MY HAND THEY ASKED ME FOR A CREDIT CARD TO CHARGE A 40 DOLLARS DEPOSIT (MORE OR LESS BECAUSE I DON'T REMEMBER) TO REACTIVATE IT, AND THE SOMEWHAT ABSURD SITUATION IS THAT A SECURITY AGENT ACCOMPANIED ME AND OPENED THE ROOM I TOOK MY CARD, WENT DOWN AND ACTIVATED IT AFTER CHARGING SO I COULD GO BACK IN (¿?), AND THE THREE WERE DEACTIVATED IN TWO DAYS ...

The location was great right off the strip only 5 minutes to a shopping center and the view of the Sphere was cool I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a nice variety even if the orange juice tasted like watered down garbage
